At HSI, we offer a tele-pediatrics service that provides immediate care for children in need, right within the school. Our Pediatric Consultation System, managed by qualified pediatricians, attends to students experiencing fever, pain, cough, or other symptoms—always upon family request. Each child’s medical history is taken into account to ensure safe and personalized care.
If necessary, the pediatrician can invite parents to join the consultation via email, and at the end of the session, a private medical report with recommendations and prescriptions is provided. Additionally, our school medical service offers seasonal health recommendations, ensuring children’s well-being and reducing the need for unnecessary trips to the doctor.
This service gives families the peace of mind of having reliable medical care available within the school.
Our commitment to care extends beyond the school campus, ensuring that our safeguarding practices are embedded in our extended curriculum, in after school activities, school trips, visits and exchange programmes.
HSI has a Psychopedagogical Support Department that works both internally and externally to identify and address the special educational needs of our students. Our team is dedicated to recognizing any specific academic or emotional development requirements and, when necessary, informing families to coordinate an appropriate action plan.
If a student receives support from an external specialized center, our department collaborates and coordinates with that center to ensure a cohesive and effective intervention. Additionally, when needed, we partner with an external psychopedagogical team to expand the resources and support available, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach to every child’s needs.
